Full-Time, Working Leadership Role
We are seeking a Lead Server who can run a section and run the floor at the same time. This is a working leadership position in a high-volume, high-energy dining room. You will carry your own tables while setting the tone, pace, and standards for the entire shift. This role is for someone who moves with urgency, gives direction confidently, and takes ownership without being asked.
What You’ll Do:
Floor Control
This is a phased leadership role. Responsibility and hourly rate increase based on performance, consistency, and ownership.

What You’ll Do:
Floor Control
- Lead pre-shift meetings
- Manage table rotation and service pacing
- Call for hands and keep service moving
- Step in immediately when standards drop
- Ensure side work is completed properly
- Check out servers before they leave
- Verify sections are clean and reset
- Address performance issues professionally in real time
- Support scheduling as role develops
- Assist with training new hires
- Communicate inventory or service issues early
- Support opening and closing procedures
- Handle guest concerns calmly and confidently
- Maintain high standards across the floor
- Lead by example every shift
- Strong multitasker who stays composed
- Natural sense of urgency
- Comfortable leading peers
- Thick skin and steady presence
- Organized and solutions-oriented
